Warm heart chocolate cake: all the secrets to making it to perfection!

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and add it to the egg mixture once cooled.
2. Add the melted butter and the sifted flour.
3. Butter the molds and add the cocoa so that the cake comes out more easily.
4. Bake at 180° for 11 minutes and serve dusted with icing sugar.

NB Every oven is different, we therefore recommend that you bake just one cake first and understand when is the best time to obtain a soft and delicious centre. (Time can vary from 10 to 13 minutes)
