- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
For the Lemon Glaze:
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for extra zing)
