1. Beat the egg and diced butter.
2. Add the lemon juice and zest.
3. Then add the salt, baking powder and flour little by little.
4. Knead, shape the cookies and cover them with granulated sugar and powdered sugar.
5. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
