In regards to the Donuts:

You will need 350g of bread flour, 150g of cake flour, 70g of granulated sugar, 6g of salt, 6g of instant dry yeast, 2 eggs and enough milk to produce 285g of eggs, 45g of unsalted butter, and a few more ingredients.

Applying a Coat:

– Cocoa powder  – Granulated sugar
