Ham and Cheese Croquette

Ingredients

• 150 gr of serano ham
• 150 g of grated cheese
• 1 onion
• 75g butter +/-100g flour
• +/-30 cl of milk
• salt, pepper, nutmeg, smoked paprika
• egg, flour, breadcrumbs, oil
