Warm the oven up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Add the sour cream and Lipton French Onion dip mix to a bowl and stir well. Blend well by mixing.
Third, lay the pork chops in a casserole dish, making sure they are not touching. (To ensure that the pork is covered on all sides, you may also place some sour cream on the bottom of the casserole dish.)
