- 1/4 cup (30g) fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup (50g) crumbled feta or cotija cheese (optional)
For the Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (or lemon juice)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
