Bread with Orange and Cranberries, Topped with Orange Glaze

1. Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Put oil or butter on a 9×5-inch baking pan.
In a big bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a different bowl, mix together melted butter, orange juice, orange peel, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is mixed together.
Mix the liquid ingredients with the dry ones and stir until they are just mixed. Mix in the cranberries.
Put the mixture into the loaf pan that has been prepared. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then move it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
To make the glaze, mix powdered sugar, orange juice, and orange peel together. Pour the sauce on top of the bread once it has cooled down.
